I am about 19 Euros of the credit but have run out of free days. I want to buy 10 Euros worth so to get more Free Days but it immediately goes into 'session expired'. I had the same problem last time.
I used to call to a friend in USA (Dallas), to a landline. However, since last weekend every time I've tryed to call her, the call has ended inmediately, without any ring, with the following message: Call ended (the other party ended the call).
I have been try to log in as a new user ,but all my effort was in vain.please kindly help me out to gain access to your site.even to buy credit was a problem.please put me trough because is getting too late for me to make any call.my email address is [email protected] thanks
I am very dissapointed by PoivY, besauce I have realized that I am loosing my money, when I phonehome Tanzania, the Poivy interface shows that I am connected and my money are consumed, but actually no connection at all, I tried to ask my family whom I phoned, they said they did not get any call from me, this implied the problems are within Poivy, so what is the solution? I have lost most of my money for the past two months now. I am using Poivy 4.04 build 550.

Stay away !!!! they say Free but they charge you randomly. Tried to contact with them and all they do is refering to Terms of Use which is written in small fonts.... DONT TRUST EVER....!
After I upgraded to PoivY latest version, when I call Bulgaria the counter of PoivY begins to indicate elapsing time and reads connected, when I am still having ringing signal and wait to be connected. So I did not reach the other side, but I was charged a few minutes for no phone call. And that is what I get constantly, since the latest upgrade.
So, it appears that PoivY charges me for no service whatsoever. Practically I can not use PoivY service, although I have already paid for it.
